Side effect management
Information related to side effect reporting is treated confidentially and in anonymized form. Access to this information is limited to a few key personnel in 2care4. The information is stored for 10 years after the end of the marketing authorization in accordance with current legislation in this area. The information is used for the continuous monitoring of the product's safety profile.
Data processing in connection with recruitment
We process the submitted information in your application and your CV in accordance with the Personal Data Ordinance and the Data Protection Act. The purpose of our processing of the information is for you to obtain a future position with us.
The information will only be used internally in 2CARE4 in connection with filling a future position with us. However, by agreement with you, we may store and process the information in connection with recruitment for other or future positions. Only 2CARE4's HR department as well as the people directly involved in the recruitment will have access to the information.
We will delete your information within 6 months of receipt unless you have given consent for us to store it for a longer period of time.
If the position in question requires you to complete personality tests or the like, you will be informed of this once we have processed your application. The results of such tests are treated confidentially but are included in our assessment of your application. The results will be deleted when the evaluation process is completed.
Handling of product related questions
All data is logged in a GenericForm in D4. Relevant data / appendices are attached here. Anyone can create a registration on a medical inquiry, but only members of the group QA and QP in D4 have access to data subsequently and for data processing. The data is stored here min. 10 years.
